At Mursix, a highly technological process takes the lead in helping us protect product integrity (and differentiate us from our competition):
- Contaminant extraction: A self-contained system helps us extract contaminant samples and create a repeatable process for checking parts.
- Analytical weighing: A highly accurate unit that compensates for temperature and static to confidently measure low-weight parts.
- Precise drying oven: Helps dry heat-sensitive materials for follow-up testing.
- Cleanliness inspection: A scope that scans and differentiates between reflective and nonreflective particles to identify contaminants and set a standard for approval and rejection.
- Conveyor washer: This high-performance machine cleans a variety of parts—small to large—targeting contaminants such as chips, oils, grease and more.
